For operators already running booths

SWITCHING TO AURABOOTH.

You already own a booth, a camera and a printer. This is not another subscription to bolt on — it replaces the software you run now, keeps the hardware you already paid for, and puts the AI inside the capture flow instead of beside it.

Why operators move across

Four things come up again and again when people tell us why they switched.

It replaces, it does not stack

AuraBooth is your booth software, not an add-on that sits beside it. You are not paying two subscriptions to run one booth — you swap what you use now for this.

Setup measured in minutes

Install on your Windows PC, connect your DSLR, pick a layout, and shoot. This is the single thing operators tell us made the difference when they moved across.

Three devices on one plan

Pro covers three Windows PCs on one $35/month subscription, where most photobooth subscriptions cover two. A third booth costs nothing extra.

AI that is already in the box

Face swap, background removal and neural styles run as part of the capture flow. No separate tool, no second bill, no extra folder-watching software.

What you keep

Switching software should not mean re-buying your kit. It does not here.

How the switch actually goes

Four steps, and the trial covers all of them before you pay anything.

01

Start the trial

Five days, no card details. You get 10 AI face swaps and 10 AI background removals to test the engine properly, not just look at a menu.

02

Install and connect

Download for Windows, install, and point AuraBooth at your DSLR or webcam. Printing and capture settings live in one place.

03

Rebuild your look

Load your overlay PNGs and set up your layouts and templates. Your event settings save per event, so the next booking reuses them instantly.

04

Run a real event on it

Do not judge it from a desk. Take it to a booking while the trial is live and watch how it behaves with a queue in front of it.

Things worth knowing first

Better you hear these from us now than discover them mid-booking.

Windows only, for now

AuraBooth runs on Windows PCs. iOS and Android are on the roadmap but not shipping yet — if you need a tablet-native booth today, this is not that.

You will rebuild templates

There is no importer that reads another product's template files. Bring your overlay artwork across as PNGs and set the layouts up again. Budget an evening, not a week.

AI needs a connection

Face swap, background removal and styles process in the cloud. Capture, printing and offline guest sharing keep working without internet, but AI transformations need to reach the network.

Switching questions

Is AuraBooth an add-on to my current photobooth software?

No. AuraBooth is the booth software itself — it replaces what you are running now rather than sitting on top of it. You are not stacking a second subscription to operate one booth.

Do I need to buy new hardware to switch?

No. AuraBooth runs on a standard Windows PC and drives your existing DSLR or webcam, and your current printer. There is no proprietary hardware and nothing to replace.

Can I bring my templates and overlays across?

Your overlay artwork comes across directly — load your transparent PNGs and they apply to captures. Layouts and templates are rebuilt inside AuraBooth rather than imported, since template files are not portable between products.

How many booths does one subscription cover?

Basic covers 1 Windows device, Pro covers 3, and Agency covers 5, all on a single subscription. Most photobooth subscriptions cover two machines, so Pro gives you a third booth at no extra cost.

Can I test it at a real event before paying?

Yes, and we would rather you did. The 5-day trial takes no card details and includes 10 AI face swaps and 10 AI background removals, so you can run it at an actual booking instead of judging it from a desk.

What happens to my photos if the venue Wi-Fi dies?

Capture, printing and local guest delivery keep running. Guests scan an offline QR code and download straight from your booth PC over the venue network, with no internet involved. Anything queued for the cloud syncs automatically once the connection returns.

What does it cost after the trial?

Basic is $15/month, Pro is $35/month for 3 devices, and Agency is $79/month for 5. These are early access prices and will increase at public launch — see the pricing page for what each plan includes.

Try it on a real booking.
