Images & Media:We capture digital images to provide the Aura Sync AI experience. These images are processed in real-time to generate your chosen effects.
Contact Information:If you choose to receive your photo via digital delivery, we collect your Email address or Phone Number solely for that delivery purpose.
Biometric & AI Metadata:Our system utilizes AI facial analysis strictly for stylization and "Identity Locking" (ensuring you only see your own variations). We do not store biometric templates for long-term identification.
2. Purpose of Processing
We process your data for the following legitimate interests:
• Generating AI-styled artistic transformations of your image.
• Delivering digital media to your requested endpoint.
• Displaying event media in a temporary Live Gallery (if enabled).
3. Data Retention & Cleansing
Photos and associated contact data are stored securely using Supabase (industry-standard cloud infrastructure).
Yearly Data Cleansing Cycle
To protect your privacy, we operate a mandatory Yearly Data Cleansing cycle. All event-specific data is permanently purged from our servers annually, unless shorter retention is requested by the event host or required by local law.

Right to Access: You can request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Right to Erasure: You can request that we delete your data immediately, rather than waiting for the cleansing cycle.
