When you take a photo using AuraBooth or Aura Sync at this event, your photo is processed by Aura Ecosystem's AI platform to create a styled version. This notice explains what that means for you in plain terms.
Your photo is captured by the event operator (the photographer or photo booth company running this event). It is then sent to Aura Ecosystem's secure servers, where AI software — including our third-party AI processing partner, Fal.ai — transforms it into the style you selected, for example a Regency-era character, pop art portrait, comic hero, or branded corporate style.
The transformed image is then delivered to you (by QR code, SMS, or link, depending on the event setup) and stored temporarily so the operator can manage event outputs. Your original photo and the transformed version are not used to train AI models, sold to third parties, or shared outside the context of this event.
The event operator (the company or individual who set up this photo booth or event) is responsible for collecting your image and obtaining your consent. Aura Ecosystem processes your image on their behalf as a technology provider.

Event photos are stored on Aura Ecosystem's secure infrastructure for a default period of ninety (90) days after the event, unless a shorter period is agreed with the operator or a longer period is required by law. After that period, photos are permanently deleted. You can request early deletion by contacting hello@auraboothapp.com with the event details.
Aura Ecosystem does not use your photo for our own marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes unless you separately and explicitly opt in — for example, by agreeing to a specific consent prompt at the event. By default, your photo is used only for the event experience: generating your transformation, delivering it to you, and optionally displaying it in a temporary event gallery managed by the operator.
AuraBooth and Aura Sync are not intended for use by children under the age of 13 without parental consent. If you are a parent or guardian and have concerns about your child's image being processed at an event, please contact the event operator or us at hello@auraboothapp.com.
Aura Ecosystem's AI transformations are designed to apply artistic styles to your photo while keeping your identity intact. The system does not alter your gender, ethnicity, or other personal characteristics — the output is styled, not misrepresentative.
AI-generated outputs are artistic in nature and are intended for entertainment and keepsake purposes only.
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your image. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@auraboothapp.com. We will respond within thirty (30) days.
Aura Ecosystem provides the AI transformation technology used at this event. We are not responsible for how the event operator has set up or managed the photo experience. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you as a guest is limited to actions directly attributable to Aura Ecosystem's platform.
