Common Errors & What To Do
"System Offline" banner in the dashboard
The Bridge app can't reach the Aura cloud right now.
Fix: Check your internet connection. If other apps/sites are working fine, restart Aura Sync Pro. Photos already captured are safe and will sync once connection is restored.
"Update Failed: Check Connection"
The app couldn't check for a new version online.
Fix: Safe to ignore for now — this only affects auto-updates, not syncing or AI processing.
Photo appears with no logo/overlay
Overlay wasn't uploaded, or the wrong file type was used.
Fix: Upload your logo as a transparent PNG in the Bridge's overlay settings — no specific file name required, the system handles it automatically.
Windows shows "Unknown Publisher" during install
Normal for new desktop apps without a paid code-signing certificate.
Fix: Click More info → Run anyway. The installer is safe.
Photos aren't showing up in the Bridge at all
Wrong folder is being watched.
Fix: Open Kiosk Hub in Bridge settings and confirm the "Watched Folder" matches where your photobooth software actually saves images.
AI style looks unchanged / photo looks like the original
A style wasn't selected before the event, or the wrong style is active.
Fix: Reselect your desired Neural Style in the Bridge before the next capture — style is set per-event in the Bridge app, not the web dashboard.
